◆ Photo evidence · every pallet

Stop paying for damage
you didn’t cause.

PalletProof puts cameras on your forklifts and photographs every pallet at every handoff. Overages, shortages, damages — whatever claim lands on your desk, the evidence is already there. Timestamped. Searchable. Undeniable.

§ 01 · Where the money goes

$1B+ in warehouse claims filed every year.
Whoever can’t prove what happened pays.

It’s called OS&D — overages, shortages, damages. Every pallet that moves is a chance for one of them. And every single dispute comes down to the same question: whose fault was it, and can you prove it?

OOverages
More shipped than billed.

An extra case goes out. The shipper absorbs the production cost. The 3PL eats the inventory variance. Everybody loses a little, every time.

Without evidence
Shipper absorbs the cost
SShortages
Arrived light.

The receiver files a chargeback for missing cases. Without a photo of the pallet as it left, the shipper or 3PL pays out — even when the shortage happened downstream.

DDamages
Arrived broken.

The claim lands on whoever touched it last. A forklift tine, a dropped crate, a stacked-wrong pallet. Without evidence of the handoff, the facility on the hook pays full freight.

Facility on the hook writes the check

In every case, the cost falls on whoever can’t produce the evidence. PalletProof makes the evidence — automatically, for every pallet that moves.

One shift. Any forklift. Nothing modified.

Our universal clamp fits the mast of virtually every forklift on the market — Crown, Toyota, Hyster-Yale, Raymond, you name it. Power taps into the existing 12V or 24V line. Your fleet is back on the floor the same day.

Every pallet. Every handoff. Nothing to remember.

Drivers do nothing different. The cameras recognize loading, unloading, and staging events and photograph the pallet from the angles that matter. Labels are read on-device. Damage is flagged in real time. You get an audit trail without anyone lifting a phone.

Type the shipment. Send the evidence. Close the claim.

Your ops team searches by BOL, date, dock, shipper, or consignee. Any pallet comes back in seconds with every photo, every timestamp, and a claims-ready PDF packet. The disputes that used to eat weeks of your people's time are resolved before lunch.

§ 03 · What the camera catches

Every photo is an evidence packet, automatically.

The moment a pallet is photographed, PalletProof’s on-device AI reads every shipping label and flags any visible damage. Your team doesn’t tag, type, or categorize. They just open the dashboard to a pallet that’s already been analyzed.

  • +Shipping + SSCC labels extracted to searchable text
  • +Corner impacts, dents, and seal breaks auto-flagged
  • +Photos cross-checked against your BOL in real time

§ 04 · The dashboard

Type the shipment. See the truth. File the claim.

The dashboard your ops manager opens first thing every morning. Every pallet your forklifts touched, every label the AI read, every damage alert — organized by shipment, dock, and shipper. Pull a claims packet in three clicks.

§ 05 · Who it’s for

Built for the warehouses that actually lose money on claims.

If you run a 3PL3PL

Win more shipper contracts. Prove chain-of-custody.

Your customers are tired of arguing about damage. Show up to the bid with timestamped photo evidence of every pallet your facility touches — and watch your win rate climb.

One chargeback you win back pays for a year of software.

If you ship food or beverageF&B

Protect the cold chain. End the “who broke the seal” fight.

Temperature logs prove the dock was cold. PalletProof proves the seal was intact and the pallet was stacked correctly when it left. When spoilage claims land, you own the narrative.

Built for frozen, fresh, and temperature-sensitive lanes.

If you move pharmaRX

Audit-ready chain-of-custody, automatically.

Every pallet photographed, timestamped, and location-tagged from the moment your forklift touches it. When the FDA, the DEA, or your QA team asks, the record is already assembled — no reconstruction required.

Supports 21 CFR Part 11 documentation workflows.

§ 06 · Early access

Get it in your warehouse before anyone else. 50% off hardware.

We’re taking on ten warehouses before general release. You get PalletProof on your forklifts at half-cost, a locked price on the software for life, and a direct line to the team building it. If you run an operation that bleeds money on disputed claims, this is the cheapest way to fix it.

§ 07 · Common questions

The questions ops managers actually ask us.

Don’t see yours? Ask on the demo call, or send a note to hi@palletproof.tech — we usually reply same-day.

01How long does it take to install?+
Under two hours per forklift. Our universal clamp fits the mast of 90%+ of the forklifts on the market — no welding, drilling, or modifications. We tap into the forklift's existing 12V or 24V power. Most customers install between shifts and have their fleet back on the floor the same day.
02Will it work on my forklifts?+
Sit-down counterbalance, stand-up reach, and order pickers from Crown, Toyota, Hyster-Yale, Raymond, Clark, and Linde — electric and LP, indoor and outdoor. If you run something unusual, send a photo of the mast; we've never not found a way to mount.
03What does it actually cost?+
$2,500 per forklift for hardware (sold at cost — we don't make money on the box) + $500 per forklift per month for software. No setup fee. No per-seat charges. No implementation surprises. Early-access customers get 50% off hardware and locked founding pricing. One chargeback you win back typically covers a full year of software.
04Does it integrate with my WMS?+
You don't need any integration to start — the cameras and dashboard work out of the box. For deeper value, we connect to Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, and most custom WMS systems via CSV drop or REST API. BOL matching is live at launch.
05Do my drivers have to do anything differently?+
No. Capture is passive. Drivers don't press buttons, log in, or tag anything. The system recognizes load/unload/stage events on its own and captures the pallet from the right angle. Adoption doesn't require behavior change — which is the only reason it actually sticks.
06Where is my data stored and who owns it?+
You own your data, full stop. Everything is processed on-forklift and stored in US-based cloud infrastructure with per-tenant isolation. Retention is configurable (default 180 days). SOC 2 Type I is in progress. We'll sign your DPA.
07How fast can I be up and running?+
From signed order to first pallet photographed: typically 3-4 weeks. That includes hardware ship, on-site install (we'll handle it or walk your team through it), dashboard setup, and a brief training with your ops staff. Most customers catch their first anomaly in the first week.
§ 08 · Book a demo

Twenty minutes.
Every pallet after that,
you have the answer.

Hop on a call. We’ll show the product working live, walk through how it would deploy in your operation, and hand you a sample evidence packet you can take back to your claims team. If it’s a fit, you’ll be photographing pallets in four to six weeks.

What you’ll get on the call
  1. 01
    Live product walkthrough
Cameras, dashboard, and a real captured pallet.
  2. 02
    Deployment plan for your operation
    Forklift count, install timeline, integrations.
  3. 03
    A sample evidence packet
So you can show your claims team the output.
  4. 04
